Goods are dispatched only once payment has been received in our bank account, in accordance with the prepayment invoice sent to the e-mail address you provided.

When selecting an item, the customer is informed of its availability. There are two options:

  • IN STOCK — once prepayment is made, the customer may collect the item from the warehouse immediately or have it delivered to the address specified by the buyer.
  • ON ORDER — the customer is given an approximate delivery date, calculated from the moment prepayment for the item is received.

When placing an order, you may choose one delivery address in the shopping cart:

  • collect the item at the SoundStore.lv warehouse, Mellužu iela 13-4, Riga;
  • the address you registered with at SoundStore.lv;
  • a different address.

When placing an order, you may choose one of the following delivery methods in the shopping cart:

  • FREE — collection of the item at the SoundStore.lv warehouse, Mellužu iela 13-4, Riga (opening hours Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00).
  • OMNIVA PARCEL MACHINE — according to the current delivery price list.
  • TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED BY THE BUYER — according to the current delivery price list.
  • You may also add a comment regarding delivery conditions, which we will try to accommodate.

The delivery charge depends on the delivery method chosen, the destination country and the weight of the shipment. The exact delivery charge is calculated and shown in the shopping cart before you confirm your order.

After placing your order, an order confirmation and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. If you have chosen an item that is on order, we will contact you separately to confirm delivery times. If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail, please contact us.

Claims regarding the quality of the Goods shall be submitted by the Buyer to the Seller within 10 (ten) working days from the moment the Goods are received, if hidden or evident defects of the Goods are discovered (in accordance with the Warranty terms) which could not have been detected at the moment of handover and acceptance of the Goods. The Seller shall remedy the defects or replace the non-conforming Goods with new, conforming Goods within a period mutually agreed between the Parties.


Omniva

Delivery to an OMNIVA parcel machine specified by the Buyer

  • Maximum shipment size 39 x 38 x 64 cm, weight up to 30 kg.
  • The item will be delivered to the parcel machine you specified within 1–2 working days after the order is placed and payment is received.
  • You will be notified of the parcel's arrival and location by SMS, which contains the door code needed to open the locker.
  • The item is held in the parcel machine for 7 days, after which it is returned to the store. A new invoice will be issued for re-sending.

Delivery to the address specified by the Buyer (by courier service)

PLEASE NOTE!

  • The item will be delivered within 3–5 working days after the order is placed and payment is received. If the item is on order, we will contact you separately regarding delivery times.
  • Exact delivery costs can be confirmed by contacting our representative on +371 67441330.
  • Goods are delivered on working days from 09:00 to 17:00.
  • Goods are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. These days are therefore not counted as delivery days. This means that if we receive payment for the goods on a Friday, we will hand the item over to the courier on the next working day.
  • Goods may only be received by the payer, on presentation of a personal identification document! If a third party is to receive the goods, please provide their first name, surname, personal identity number and contact telephone number in the comments section or by e-mail.

Delivery outside Latvia (by courier service) — the customer is informed of the delivery costs and the approximate delivery date, calculated from the moment prepayment for the item is received.
